RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At D Highway Storage, we appreciate your business and thank you for renting with us and/or purchasing our products, whether in person, over the phone, or online at dhighwaystorage.com.
Please note that all transactions are considered final. You are not entitled to a refund for any used or unused portions of the rental period for which you have paid, including prepaid rent. The minimum lease term is one month, and customers may rent and pay one month at a time. We do not pro-rate rent upon move-in or move-out; thus, we do not offer partial refunds.
D Highway Storage will not be liable for any purchase made by mistake.
CHARGE ERRORS
In the event that your account is incorrectly charged, we will process a refund after being notified and verifying the discrepancy. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to fully process.
MERCHANDISE REFUNDS
Merchandise returns are at the discretion of management.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You may cancel your rental at any time in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement. Failure to move out or notify management of your cancellation before your renewal date will result in non-refundable charges.
