The entire business is very clean and neat. Remarkable customer service. I had, mistakenly, left my keys in the lock of a building I had rented. The next morning, Ron called first thing to let me know that he had made sure the content was still there, that he had secured the building and would have my keys at the front desk. Service like that is too far and few in today’s “fast pace”. I am very grateful for Ron and his watchful eye. It has been a pleasure doing business with D Highway Storage and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a storage facility.

I’ve rented from a couple storage units from other places and they were dirty and kept getting broke into. But at highway D storage I’ve never been broke into, it feels so safe and sound, clean and nice looking. I feel like I don’t have to be paying attention to my surroundings so hard to feel safe. I can just go and get done what needs to be done without worry. Communication is key and they do it well but don’t bug you. The rent isn’t bad either. I’m paying about $20 more per month than the other places, which is well worth the piece of mind. And that includes insurance. My things have been in storage there just waiting for us to transition from renting to buying a permanent home for almost 2 years now, I’m about a good 12 hour drive away, so I can’t check on them, but I don’t need too cause I know my unit is safe with them. The gentleman that I saw working the desk when I was there nearly 2 years ago was very nice, funny and down to earth, real comfortable to be around, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I’ll be sad if I ever need another storage unit someday because it would have to be with a different company now that we’re over a 12 hour drive away. I don’t think I’ll find another affordable place like this again! Thank you!

This is the most well-looked-after storage place I have ever seen. They have security cameras covering all the units, there’s a person actually present during the day watching over those cameras in the on-site office. They also offer indoor climate-controlled units, in addition to the usual outdoor non-controlled ones.

We stored everything in climate controlled units for almost a year. The premises was always clean and well-maintained when we’d visit. Ron was very personable and cares a lot about his customers and property. If we ever find ourselves back in the area and in need of storage, this is the first place we’d look.

I would recommend D highway storage to anyone in need of a unit. We were going through one of the toughest times in our life, and D storage was our saving grace. The customer service is excellent. The unit and property are all clean and very well maintained. It’s safe and secure as well. The owner was very accommodating as far as location of the unit and deciding which one would be a good fit with the amount of furniture we needed to store. If you need climate control, they offer that too. 5 star service for the D Highway Storage Facility!!!
